Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a block of rooms at Embassy Suites at BWI Airport in Linthicum, Maryland. The regular room rate is $149 per night. This rate of $129 per night will be available July 30 through August 3, 2026, for early and late stays. Reservation rates are available through July 1, 2026.

The registration deadline is June 1, 2026.
Early Registration by March 1, 2026: $150 for adults.
Regular Registration after March 1, 2026: $165 for adults and $100 for children 3-12 years old. No registration fee for children Ages 2 and under
Banquet Only Registration is Required. The banquet only registration fee is $110 per adult.
Preferred Methods of Payment is by Zelle.
